What do you think of my 2009-2010 NFL predictions.?
AFC
* = Wild Card
East: Miami Dolphins 11-5 (Still have the confidence)
*New England Patriots 10-6 (Brady will start off slow)
Buffalo Bills 6-10 (TO will only make it a bigger problem)
New York Jets 5-11 (Favre was their only player last year.)
North: Baltimore Ravens 10-6 (Last season’s run will carry over)
*Pittsburgh Steelers: 10-6 Will start off slow and cocky)
Cleveland Browns 7-9 (Starting to make something of themselves)
Cincinati Bengals 3-13 (They really aren’t that good.)
South: Tennessee Titans 11-5 (Will be aggressive because of the postseason loss)
Indianapolis Colts 8-8 (They will start off slow and continue that throw the season)
Houston Texans 7-9 (Starting their comeback)
Jacksonville Jaguars 6-10 (Do better than last season, but need bigger changes)
West: San Diego Chargers 13-3 (With Merriman back, and Gates and LT 100%, they will be a big threat.)
Kansas City Cheifs 7-9 (Last season will give them a reason to win)
Denver Broncos 5-11 (After losing Cutler and potentially Marshal, they will struggle)
Oakland Raiders 2-14 (They just plain suck, the draft will not help them at all)
NFC
* = Wild Card
East: Philadelphia Eagles 12-4(Donavan will do better connecting with his secondary)
*New York Giants 11-5 (Start out slow but end great)
Washington ? 8-8 (They drama form their name being ‘offensive’ will make their franchise confused and it will affect them)
Dallas Cowboys 8-8 (They could have done better in the draft)
North: Minnesota Vikings 12-4 (This year will be an easy division)
*Chicago Bears 9-7 (Cutler will give them confidence)
Green Bay Packers 9-7 (Start good but slump at the end)
Detroit Lions 2-14 (Must i explain)
South: Atlanta Falcons 10-6 (Ryan will have a better game now that he isn’t a rookie)
Carolina Panthers 9-7 (Will be on-and-off throughout the season)
New Orleans Saints 8-8 (Now big changes will keep them where they left off last season)
Tampa Bay Buccaneers 7-9 (Last seasons slump will lower their confidence for the first games)
West: Arizona Cardinals 11-5 (Last season will boos confidence. Easy Division)
San Fransisco 49er’s 9-7 (They will start their comeback)
St. Louis Rams 7-9 (They will start off pumped and good but they will fall apart)
Seattle Seahawks 6-10 (They need to improve in to many places to do good this season)
Playoffs: 1. Chargers
2.Dolphins
3. Titans
4. Ravens
5. Steelers
6. Patriots
Wild Card: Titans over Pats
Steelers over Ravens
Divisional: Chargers over Steelers
Dolphins over Titans
Conference: Chargers over Dolphins
NFC: 1. Vikings
2. Eagles
3. Cardinals
4. Falcons
5. Giants
6. Bears
Wild Card: Cards over Bears
Giants over Falcons
Divisional: Vikings over Giants
Cards over Eagles
Conference: Vikings over Cards
Super Bowl: Chargers 31 (4 TD’s, 1 FG) over Vikings 29 (4 TD’s w/ a successful 2 pt. conversion)
A majority of it is wrong.
The Patriots will be better than the Dolphins
Cleveland isn’t going to win 4 games let alone 7 games.
The Colts will win more than 8 games.
Kansas City will be lucky to win 5 games.
Oakland won 5 games last year, I don’t see how they get worse, probably win 7 games.
Vikings won’t win 12 games, especially with both of their defensive tackles suspended.
Tampa Bay is going to be one of the worst teams in football next year, I don’t know how you think they are going to win 7 games.
The Rams are not going to be better than Seattle.

Nobody circles the wagons like the Buffalo BILLS!

the bears will be at the top of their division. the vikings suck they wont make it to the superbowl
buff23 | Jun 16, 2009
good predictions in my opinion only that i would change it to a Patriots-Vikings Superbowl.
davidriggs | Jun 16, 2009
That was well put together, very detailed. It’s good. However I don’t see the Arizona Cardinals beating The Eagles in the Divisional round. In the AFC, as much as I hate to say it , I think the Patriots are going farther then the Wild Card round.

I dont like Miami winning the division over New England
Carolina will finish ahead of atlanta
the vikings play in a tough conference and half to play giants, panthers, steelers, cardinals, and ravens. they ain’t going 12-4 nor are they headed to the super bowl.
Chargers play 6 teams that made the playoffs last year and they are always inconsistent
cuz i aint goin out like a sucka | Jun 16, 2009
The Redskins will make the playoffs

Starting in the worst bracket, AFC East…
The Dolphins will struggle to get to 8-8. The Jets will win 10 games and the Pats will win 11-13.
The rest of the AFC looks OK, although I think the South will be closer. Titans may get to 10 wins with the Texans and Colts both at or above 8-8.
In the NFC the Falcons will drop off. 9-7 at best. I think the Panthers and Saints fight for 10-11 wins and the division.
Lions win at least 5.
Cards may not win 9 games.
I like the Eagles and Pats in the Superbowl, but I think the AFC is loaded again and the NFC will come down to the Eagles and Vikes.

You don’t watch a lot of football do you. Their are so many errors on this that I’m not sure where to begin. But you’re definitely overrating a lot of teams (Miami, Cleveland, Baltimore, Kansas City, Philly, Minnesota, Tampa Bay, and St. Louis) and underrating others (New England, Cincinnati, Indy, Houston, Oakland, Carolina, and Seattle).

First chargers are a laugh at this point. the only reason they made the playoffs is that the play on a division with the worst defenses last season.
Second every team plays 16 games, there are 32 teams making 512 games played every game mst have a winner and looser so there are only 256 possible wins in a season. You have 259.I know it seems minor, but make a prediction that is at least possible
My prediction is that Chargers loose their first 5, and last 5 making them 6 and 10.

I think you should write this in an article to be publish on eCouchCoach. I like what you have to say and your predictions. http://www.ecouchcoach.com/articles.php

The Colts will win more than 8 games. I promise you that.
Brad | Jun 16, 2009
so much:(
ok so cowboys will do really well this year and they will make it to the playoffs who knows they could even make it to the playoffs with the steelers
giants and patriots will fall short in the playoffs behind the eagles and the dolphins
the cardinals willdo really well this year and the lions will surprise everyone by making it to the playoffs
the jets will go down the drain for lets say a hurt mark sanchez
the one with the worst record would probably be the browns with a record of 3-13
the one with the best record w9ould probably be the vikings with a record of 14-2
