What do you think of my story so far?
I’m writing a short story titled "The Queen of Reninia" and the story is based on one of my favorite coworkers who is my mentor/role model.
What do you think of my story so far?

Queen Latasha Connell ruled the kingdom of Reninia with an iron fist and gentle heart. She was considered one of the best dressed and positive queens in all the world.Latasha always had a smile on her face. Even when she wasn’t showing off her neat row of pearly whites her expression often remained calm and suttle. She was so mellow that people who were sad or stressed out would begin to feel relaxed after spending a few minutes with her.
Kammy Lynn was Latasha’s assistant. Kammy Lynn considered it an honor to work for the great,mighty, and awesome Queen Latasha. She enjoyed being under her wing and she looked up to Latasha as a role model.Kammy Lynn was one of the only workers allowed in Latasha’s bedroom besides Emmem,the chef. Kammy Lynn took pride in keeping Latasha’s room and closet neat. She loved being in her capacious closet for it was filled with beautiful garments. Jeans,khakis,blouses,tees,evening gowns,and pajamas hung from satin hangers. Stillettos,boots,dress flats,pumps,casual shoes,and gym shoes were displayed on the glass shelves. Purses in all shapes and sizes hung from gold hooks.
More than anything Kammy Lynn wanted to accompany Queen Latasha to a party.Latasha would go out twice a week for a night of fun. Latasha would choose 4 of her workers to accompany her for a night of fun. The workers would gather before Queen Latasha and she would pick 4 of them to go out for a night on the town.Latasha had to approve of their outfits and hairstyles before they could set out with her.
"That’s a nice outfit.It compliments you."
"Oh no that hairstyle doesn’t do a thing for you.Please go fix your hair."
"Love the shoes."
After she approved of their attire, they would set out with her to one of the local pubs or clubs. Her favorite spot was "The Coconut Hut Pub." A few of her friends would meet her and 4 of her workers there and they would dance, laugh, joke, talk, wolf down beverages, and enjoy tantalizing foods.Kammy Lynn wanted to party with her hero. She hadn’t yet been picked to go out for a night of fun.

i only liked the 1st sentence. 2 b honest it sounded a lil obsessive. completely obvious. its a lil short of terrible. idk where ur going w/ this. but it has potential if it wasnt a homage 2 someone.

HELP- husband and a bachelor party?
I am not normally a jealous person but this has me worried……My husband is going to a friends bachelor party for 7 days in Vegas. I trust my husband but I know some of his friends are cheating on their wives. He has told me the stories about how the hide it from them and they all cover for each other. How they always go to cathouses. 7 days is a long time in Vegas with friends like that. Should i worry or am i overreacting?
1 thing what happens in Vegas does not always stay in vegas such as STDs which his friends have gotten while there. We are trying to start a family and I will be worried when he gets back. I wouldn’t be so worried if it were only a day or two.

If your husband was doing the same thing to you…don’t you think he’d be hiding it from you too and not sharing the details of how his friends are getting away with it?…..When it comes to Vegas…I’m sure strip clubs are a must…especially with the type of guys he’s going with…..but this is how i think of it when my boyfriend and his friends go to the strip clubs….either A. i go along and have a good time…or B. ask myself…who he’s coming home to?….ME!

BUT!

I also have a very trustworthy boyfriend, if you feel your husband deserves to be trusted and hasnt given you a reason to not trust him…then don’t, you are only going to cause yourself stress AND in your relationship….I hope this helped!

Ok so this is what I am thinking. They will mostly be gambling but if you have ever been to vegas you will know that it is crawling with hookers. Like I mean walk outside and you’re tripping on them.

But if you trust your husband and if he isn’t an idiot he will not do anything like out of hand.

If it is seven days they will most likely go to a strip club but he probably won’t do anything more than that. He has to be a man.
Also don’t call him 24/7 while he is there because then his friends will WANT him to do something bad to you. They will want him to cheat on you because they will think you are just another dumb woman.

These are the magic words "I trust you honey (or whatever you call him) and I love you"
say that and he will feel so guilty for doing anything…

If he’s a real nice guy and doesn’t have a history of it, then you should trust him.
Some of my friends cheat on their girlfriends all the time, but i would never do it.
But also i trusted my girlfriend completely and i found out she was dancing with another guy at a party.

I know it sounds horrible, but even if somethiong does happen, its just him being a stupid guy.
As long as he is still in love with you and it’s not an ongoing thing, you need to get mad at him, but also learn to forget.

anyone would worry, and you have good reason to.

would he react well if you sat him down and explained your fears to him clamly? it could be worth a try. in the end the decision is yours, do you keep silent and let him go and sit and worry for 7 days? do you tell him your fears and he will reassure you? do you tell him you dont want him to go? give reasons and try and convince him? it would be slightly unfair on him however, but he surely cant blame you after all those stories hes told you.

his friends sound like a rse holes and lets not forget some of them could try to convince him to cheat on you, with men their friends are what influence them most and they will do almost anything to gain their approval.

Well if he tells you about his friends cheating on their wives (Hoping he dissaproves!) then it’s cuz he’s probably telling you to let you know that he’d never do that and obviously he has nothing to hide if he’s letting you know about what they’re all doing.

I would still be worried, all women would be because guys are dumb and think with their di(ks. just tell him that you trust him, tell him to have fun, but if you find out he did anything he shouldn’t have, you’re leaving his as$ ! haha that’s what I would do… it’s always hard in those positions cuz you don’t wanna seem controlling but you can’t exactly be happy knowing your husband might be going to stip clubs and stuff.

How does one get into the animation field?
I want to be able to create my own cartoons eventually. I love the unique worlds such as Cowboy Bebop, or Aeon Flux… and I want to know how to get a job like that.

I graduated from art college several years ago. AAC in the bayarea. If you don’t know anyone who’s in animation field, you can try to present your idea and art work to the teachers in art school. Most of teachers in my school are not professional educator but professional artist. Such as most teachers who is teaching animation may from the big film company. Some of them fly from LA to give us class everyweek.
I thought you may start from their if you go some good stuff. But if you really got some great stuff, be careful with who you deal with. We had sign the contract that all our works belong to school when we were. I have known there some teachers keep student’s idea become their own…

Oakland won 5 games last year, I don’t see how they get worse, probably win 7 games.
Vikings won’t win 12 games, especially with both of their defensive tackles suspended.
Tampa Bay is going to be one of the worst teams in football next year, I don’t know how you think they are going to win 7 games.
The Rams are not going to be better than Seattle.

That was well put together, very detailed. It’s good. However I don’t see the Arizona Cardinals beating The Eagles in the Divisional round. In the AFC, as much as I hate to say it , I think the Patriots are going farther then the Wild Card round.

Starting in the worst bracket, AFC East…
The Dolphins will struggle to get to 8-8. The Jets will win 10 games and the Pats will win 11-13.
The rest of the AFC looks OK, although I think the South will be closer. Titans may get to 10 wins with the Texans and Colts both at or above 8-8.
In the NFC the Falcons will drop off. 9-7 at best. I think the Panthers and Saints fight for 10-11 wins and the division.
Lions win at least 5.
Cards may not win 9 games.
I like the Eagles and Pats in the Superbowl, but I think the AFC is loaded again and the NFC will come down to the Eagles and Vikes.

You don’t watch a lot of football do you. Their are so many errors on this that I’m not sure where to begin. But you’re definitely overrating a lot of teams (Miami, Cleveland, Baltimore, Kansas City, Philly, Minnesota, Tampa Bay, and St. Louis) and underrating others (New England, Cincinnati, Indy, Houston, Oakland, Carolina, and Seattle).

First chargers are a laugh at this point. the only reason they made the playoffs is that the play on a division with the worst defenses last season.

Second every team plays 16 games, there are 32 teams making 512 games played every game mst have a winner and looser so there are only 256 possible wins in a season. You have 259.I know it seems minor, but make a prediction that is at least possible

My prediction is that Chargers loose their first 5, and last 5 making them 6 and 10.

How Can I Fix This…?
My Labtop Keys Seem To Be Broken When I Play Games. Ive Tryed It On Fancy Pants, Super Guitar Maniac 2, And Other… The Arrow Keys Will Work When Typeing and going up & down on the screen.. How Can I Fix This Without Paying Any $$$$$$$$$$$$$

When you play an online game, try clicking on the game, and leave the mouse hovering over the game just to make sure that the game is in focus while playing.

Overall, if the keys work while type and not while playing a game, it is just a software issue so it shouldn’t cost any money no matter what the problem is.
